Dehler yachts combine elegance, fast, and safe sailing with modern navigation electronics. Elevate your yachting experience by equipping your new vessel with the My Safety Cloud hardware—available as an option in the yacht configurator, including a 30-day free trial subscription.

The MyDehler Safety Cloud hardware connects to your on-board electronics and communicates via global cellular networks. If your Dehler yacht is on the high seas, your data is saved and processed as soon as it returns to an area with cell reception. As a result, no data is lost. For older Dehler models, a MyDehler Safety Cloud retrofitting package is available in the webshop or through a Dehler dealer.

The MyDehler Safety Cloud offers yacht owners a total of nine features that significantly enhance service, safety, and enjoyment on board.

Have enough drinking water been stored? Is the diesel tank still full? Are the batteries fully charged? With the MyDehler Safety Cloud, you can effortlessly check tank and battery levels via smartphone. Dehler owners can perfectly prepare their sailing trips at all times and from any location, ensuring a relaxed experience.

Sensors monitor all essential devices and battery levels on board. If critical values are not met, the MyDehler Safety Cloud triggers an alarm. Dehler owners receive a push notification on their smartphone, allowing them to react immediately.

Engine data (speed, temperature, operating hours), levels of engine and service batteries, shore power, plotter data (e.g., wind force and direction), and the bilge pump are recorded by default. As soon as the bilge pump starts, the Dehler owner instantly receives a push notification on their smartphone.

Optionally, some Dehler yachts are equipped with CZone digital switching. Freshwater and diesel fuel levels are additionally recorded in this case.

Whether a short trip or a long voyage, the eLogBook automatically logs every nautical mile traveled. It records the yacht's position, course, speed over ground, and much more. All this information is electronically saved, allowing Dehler owners to access it at any time. Seamless documentation of all trips can be created with this data, as well as providing a perfect record or reconstruction of any damages. In addition to data storage, there is also a “share” feature, which allows users to share day trips and sailing performance on social media platforms.

The “alert” feature of the MyDehler Safety Cloud sends alarm notifications for battery, bilge, shore power, anchor, and more, anytime and anywhere. This helps prevent unpleasant surprises, such as a non-functioning refrigerator that has accidentally been disconnected from the shore power connection. As a result, nothing stands in the way of a relaxing trip.

The “collision detection” feature notifies Dehler owners of collisions at the dock. If another yacht collides with a Dehler during a parking maneuver, the owner automatically receives a push notification on their smartphone. In case of damage, an immediate response is possible, as the location and time of the accident are directly recorded by sensors and documented in the MyDehler Safety Cloud.

The “geofencing” feature allows users to create a virtual fence around their Dehler yacht. There are two options: The anchor alert notifies the Dehler owner immediately via push notification if the yacht leaves its predefined radius of 15 to 100 meters.

The second option is similar to an anti-theft alarm system. If the Dehler leaves its predetermined geographical position, the owner automatically receives an alert notification on their smartphone and can react instantly. Compared to the anchor alert, this option is more flexible and allows for minor position changes within a harbor or marina.

How to replace the impeller? Where can I check the engine's oil gauge? How do I delete GPS waypoints from my last sailing trip? The answers to these questions are just a few clicks away for Dehler owners, whether they're at sea or on land.

Are you tired of bulky paperwork and heavy documentation? In the MyDehler Safety Cloud, manuals and operating instructions for all onboard devices and components are electronically stored. Access to this information is possible at all times and from anywhere using your smartphone.

How many hours has the yacht sailed? How many hours has it been under motor? When were the sea cocks and anodes last checked? And how old are the sail drive cuffs? The eService Book of the MyDehler Safety Cloud provides the answers to these questions.

The app stores all relevant information about the built-in parts and components, including their maintenance intervals, particularly those of the engine and batteries. If a part needs to be replaced or serviced, the Dehler owner will receive a push notification on their smartphone. The responsible Dehler dealer or the closest dealer can also be contacted through the app to schedule a service appointment.

The eService Book is regularly updated automatically, ensuring that every Dehler yacht has a complete service history available in case of a sale. Instead of inconvenient paper receipts, the MyDehler Safety Cloud offers an electronic service history at the touch of a button. This is a significant advantage during the resale process of a Dehler yacht, as all receipts can be accessed from any location. During the transfer of ownership, all collected information can be transferred to another MyDehler Safety Cloud account.

The new shop feature was launched in the MyDehler Safety Cloud in October 2020, enabling Dehler owners to order equipment, accessories, and spare parts easily using their smartphones. Since all the essential information about the specific Dehler yacht is stored in the MyDehler Safety Cloud, incorrect orders are nearly impossible. The shop feature only offers original spare parts with a manufacturer's warranty that are precisely tailored to fit the built-in components of each individual Dehler yacht.

To mark the one-year anniversary of HanseYachts AG's cross-brand Safety Cloud, a service-oriented partnership has been formed with yacht insurer Pantaenius. Safety Cloud users can now conveniently obtain personalized, non-binding insurance quotes directly through the app. Upon completion of the transaction, insurance coverage is immediately activated, and the territorial scope and any value-enhancing measures on the boat can be adjusted from anywhere and at any time.

When yacht insurance is taken out, the special coverage of Engine Protect Plus is complimentary during the first year and covers operational errors and potential damages resulting from incorrect refueling.

Once a Dehler yacht is delivered, exported, or handed over by a dealer, all model-specific information, country-specific features, equipment, etc. are already available in the app. This eliminates the time-consuming process of manually entering information into the app for all owners.

The switch control feature in the MyDehler Safety Cloud enables users to easily turn on or off any lights on board their yacht via their smartphone, among other capabilities. No more fumbling in the dark for light switches after returning from dinner on land or tripping over deck obstacles after a nighttime shopping trip in the marina.

In Dehler models equipped with CZone digital switching, multiple light switches can be linked on board. This allows the entire lighting system of the yacht to be turned on or off with just one click. The switch control feature also provides an optional function to turn on or off any electrical devices on board.

The “report issue” feature in the MyDehler Safety Cloud provides a direct chat contact to the appropriate dealer, enabling Dehler owners to receive prompt and straightforward responses to their questions. The feature also allows users to attach pictures taken with their smartphones for better clarity and understanding.
