Céline Cherrier

Originally from the Nièvre, in the center of France, Céline discovered a passion for sailing thanks to her husband. In 2014, the passion raised and they decided to move closer to the sea and their boat, based in Sables d‘Olonne. After a laminator training and an internship at Privilège, Céline gained skills and more experienced in boat building and manages a team of about twenty people today.

“I had the chance to do my internship at Privilège where I was trusted. The first time I entered the building dedicated to composite, I was so impressed by the size of the moulds and the large spaces where I would be working on layups and infusions. Then, I followed the path of management training. Today I take it to heart to make my colleagues aware of the importance of their work.”

We are at the origin of the birth of our boats as well as their robustness. The safety of the owners depends on our construction. Knowing that we are at the origin of the history and the pleasure that the owners will experience aboard their boat animates me every day as I am a sailing practitioner!
