A blend of travel and luxury has always been in Rachel’s blood. For many years she worked with some of the world’s most extravagant and expensive hotels in London, Paris and Polynesia, before moving to the Caribbean. There, in Martinique, she ran an agency specialising in marine sales and service. Naturally, she enjoyed several sails between Martinique and neighbouring St Lucia during this time. Back in mainland France, she joined a marine insurance brokerage in Les Sables-d’Olonne. “Now Privilege allows me to stay in touch with a wealthy clientele where responsiveness and rigour is required to satisfy the demands of our clients.”
I love boats and their sense of freedom. If I had a Privilège, I would return to Polynesia full of confidence thanks to its safety, comfort and solidity.

Her day-to-day involves building contacts with both dealers and suppliers, as well as organising boat show stands and events at Privilège such as the Private Days. She is also the miracle worker responsible for managing all the paperwork that is necessary behind each catamaran delivery. “What I like best is the continuous professional development at Privilège,” she says. “The whole Privilège team forms a big family where I can really blossom.”
