Being particular!
Hanse 430, means 43 feet (ca. 13 m). Exactly 43 feet (ca. 13 m) – no more, no less. You may not believe it, but with Hanse, 43 feet (ca. 13 m) means a true LOA of 13.15 meters. For this length to work, it has to be present in the first place. At the water line, the Hanse 430 measures a total of 12 meters. We have been just as exacting in the overall design as we have been with the length. It is just as important to sail safely as it is fast. The self tacking jib system as well as the hatches have been integrated into the flush decks to ensure safe movement while on deck. Not only do you wish to be fast and safe, but also stress-free. Note that we have located all the critical handling elements for sailing into the cockpit area.
