Heiligenhafen Team became runner-up!
Heiligenhafen – It was one of the famous and greatest sailing regattas in Germany. During this first open company-facilitated-sport-championship in Heiligenhafen did start 63 Boats in three leagues. In the 1st league (high-class sailer) won the team of the company W-plan around the skipper Uwe Wenzel, who is also the acting German Champion in this discipline. Second became the company Pentadoc AG with skipper Jürgen Klinghardt, who has already won the offshore-worldchampionship in Flensburg this year. In the 2nd league (excellent regatta sailer) the team of the company Dräger Safety from Lübeck around skipper Markus Scheel won the title of the german company sport champion. Runner-up became the team from Heiligenhafen of the Oeverdieck & Heinritz Gbr with skipper Christian Heinritz. The 3rd Place sailed the Heiliegnhafen company Nordlicht-Yachting GmbH / Hanse-Vertrieb Heiligenhafen with skipper André Wittmann, who sailed a Hanse 370. In the 3rd league won the team of Moetefindt Fahrzeugbau with skipper Philipp Moetefindt.
Strangely: Instead of intended six Championship-runs only three runs could be sailed. "This was due to the fact that it came in the fight for a good placement / position to a collision. Besides, the start ship was sunk. None of us had reckon on it and we have not got a replacement for the sunk start ship in the shortness of the time", explained the organizer of the regatta, Torsten Strube of the Ergo Versicherung. He thanks Dirk Kadach (Yacht & Charterzentrum Heiligenhafen). Strube:" Without him, we couldn´t realized this regatta. He made a extremely professional and committed job!"
