
"Lazy Uno" wins Hanse Cup in Hindeloopen on Ijsselmeer; Netherlands
Bernd Krähling gains Challange-Cup
Last weekend Bernd Krähling, owner of Hanse 370 “Lazy Uno“ started DYC Cup in “Hanse Yachts” class and won the trophy sponsored by Hanse Vertrieb West. Already in the first run the “Lazy Uno” showed her potential and gained the first place. With winds between 5 and 6 Beaufort all the teams had to fight for every inch. In the next run the ambitious crew with Krähling at the helm gained the second place and achieved points equal to the points of 40-footer “Seebär 3. On Saturday with calm, changing winds the “Lazy Uno” gained sixth place and finished the series with only one point left to the second place in general standings. Klaus Reffelmann sailed with his Hanse 320 “Nixe” on a eighth place, followed by Martin Heikaus and his Hanse 430 “ÜberFluss” an ninth place. Next start of the “Lazy uno” will be at the Pott regatta in September in front of Enkhuizen.
