- Technical contact for internal and external complaints
- Handling of complaint requests with external partners
- Independent and system-supported management of a warehouse area
- Development of methods to optimize the storage of goods
- Handling of the warehouse process from goods receipt to provisioning/shipping
- Setting the correct warehouse parameters
- Training in the field of warehouse logistics or comparable professional training
- Experience with ERP systems and with MS Office knowledge (Excel, Outlook) advantageous
- Good English and German language skills
- Committed and reliable way of working
