Become a part of our team at our Łozienica location as our new Senior Purchasing Specialist. 

Your responsibilities

  • Implementation of purchases of materials for the production of yachts in accordance with the production demand
  • Analysis of domestic and foreign material supply markets
  • Moving purchasing processes from Germany to Poland
  • Negotiating prices and terms of purchase with suppliers
  • Control of the fulfillment of purchase orders and monitoring of delivery dates
  • Supervision over purchasing documentation
  • Effective implementation of activities leading to the optimization of the purchasing process
  • Solving current problems related to the availability of materials and the implementation of commissioned services
  • Cooperation with operational departments of the company and contractors
     

Our requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position in a production company
  • Practical knowledge of purchasing processes for production materials
  • Knowledge of ERP systems in the field of purchasing economy
  • Analytical skills (data analysis, data selection, downloading data from the system)
  • Major education
  • Knowledge of English and/or German at a communicative level
  • High communicativeness and ease of establishing contacts
  • Ability to plan and effectively organize work also under time pressure
  • Independence in carrying out the entrusted duties
