Senior Controller (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Actual-Target comparisons within the scope of operational (production) controlling
  • Supervision and further development of cost accounting/contribution margin accounting
  • Conducting ad-hoc analyses and profitability calculations
  • Supporting the monthly and annual financial statements (HGB and IFRS)
  • Management commentary and support in result reviews
  • Participation in projects for the digitalization of controlling
  • Establishment of a data warehouse
  • Implementation of BI/reporting solutions
  • Process automation, for example, using RPA
  • Redesign of cost and performance accounting

Your profile:

  • Several years of professional experience in controlling or accounting
  • Enjoy optimizing processes and developing innovative solutions
  • Technical affinity (ERP systems, BI tools)
  • Entrepreneurial thinking
  • Confident handling of common reporting and planning solutions (e.g., Qlik, Board) is a plus
  • Confident handling of common ERP systems is a plus
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Successfully completed studies, ideally with a focus on controlling or accounting
