Your tasks:

  • Carrying out and ensuring personnel processes in the area of recruiting incl. onboarding
  • Carrying out and ensuring personnel processes in the area of training
  • Trainer for the commercial professions 
  • Project management in the personnel area
  • Conducting interviews with applicants and personnel
  • Contact person for external service providers

Your profile:

  • completed studies, preferably in business administration with a focus on human resources, HR management, personnel management or comparable qualification
  • sound professional experience in human resources or committed career starter
  • Responsible, independent and structured working style, coupled with the ability to work in a team
  • High level of social competence, engaging manner, strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
  • Knowledge of labor law and works constitution law would be an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of German as well as good to very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Polish would be an advantage
