Your tasks:

  • Group-wide responsibility for the coordination & timely preparation of IFRS consolidated financial statements within the scope of internal and external reporting
  • Support of subsidiaries in all accounting matters
  • Review and analysis of subsidiaries' financial statements based on legal and company-specific accounting requirements
  • Support of projects to ensure balance sheet, earnings and cash flow optimization
  • Definition of group-wide reporting and accounting standards
  • Definition and implementation of chart of accounts
  • Control and enforcement of business unit and group guidelines
  • Collaboration and/or assumption of various activities within the scope of the monthly reporting process
  • Preparation of the consolidated financial statements Assumption of various activities within the framework of the monthly consolidated financial statements including the management report
  • Calculation and posting of capital consolidation, debt, expense and income consolidation as well as elimination of intercompany results
  • Identification of need for action and optimization potential including solution proposal and implementation
  • Contact person for the auditor
  • Contact person for the Head of Finance and Group Management in all accounting matters
  • You will report directly to the Head of Finance (Currently no employee management)

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of economics or business informatics
  • Confident in preparing financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS
  • At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position in a manufacturing environment or an auditing company
  • Very good analytical skills, process orientation, and accuracy
  • Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and a high degree of personal responsibility
  • User experience with consolidation and reporting modules, ideally LucaNet
  • Strong communication skills as a team player
  • Fluent in German and English, preferably supplemented by knowledge of French or Polish
