HR Generalist for Digital Recruiting, Employer Branding and HR Controlling

Become part of our IT team as our new HR Generalist.

Your tasks: 

  • Creative and autonomous vacancy management of our open positions via the internal career website and external partner platforms
  • Creation and monitoring of profiles and job postings on various portals
  • Creation and publication of independent posts for our social media careers channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or YouTube
  • Initiation and operative implementation of employer branding activities
  • Further development of our employer branding as a "Great Place to Work"
  • Preparation of regular reports, ad-hoc analyses and the HR annual report
  • Preparation of monthly HR key figures
  • Further development of operational and strategic HR controlling

    
Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or university degree (bachelor's or master's)
  • Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally in the areas of digital recruiting / employer branding and pesonal controlling
  • Structured, results-oriented and meticulous way of working with a hands-on mentality
  • Very good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Desire for teamwork and sense of responsibility
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
