Head of People and Culture Development

Your tasks:

  • Taking responsibility for shaping the vision and strategy in the area of human resources and corporate culture, as well as its effective implementation
  • Development of our unique corporate culture based on a people-oriented approach with the goal of sustainable growth
  • Permanent further development of the “People & Culture” topic at HanseYachts AG
  • Supporting our department heads in training and development initiatives
  • Coaching, advising and supporting our department heads, operations team and all team members by sharing best practices
  • Coordinating and supporting internal knowledge sharing, conversations, and training sessions
  • Plan and oversee team building, retention and employee satisfaction initiatives
  • Report directly to the CEO and assume a global role


Your profile:

  • Successfully completed degree in human resources, supplemented by a degree in coaching or education
  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources in an international environment
  • Experience in managing cultural change in a modern environment
  • Experience in coaching education in organizations
  • Ability to deliver tangible business benefits in the area of change management
  • Entrepreneurial and open-minded thinking combined with a proactive approach to managing risk
  • Ability to inspire others
  • Openness to change and implementing it independently
  • Consistency in the implementation of tasks
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (knowledge of Polish or French would be an advantage)
