The Fjord 40 open sat down with an impressive design and a good mix of lifestyle and power, and received the prestigious award “European Powerboat of the Year”.
Since then, the Fjord convinced not only testers and journalists, but also the customers. One hundred fifteenth Fjord 40 open has been finalized and the #115 will be delivered in the coming days to the south of France.
The designers and engineers around the award-winning Patrick Banfield concentrated in the draft on the essentials – a fast hull, an extremely generous offer deck – and a comfort which is impressive in this powerboat class. The IPS-drive with the two Volvo diesel engines speeding the ship up to 44 knots and maneuvering in narrow harbors is easy for everyone.
