Sea trial with the new Dehler 38 SQ

During the last weeks the newest model of the Dehler fleet has matured to a finished yacht in Greifswald. Now the test team set off with the Dehler 38 SQ for the first sea trial on the Greifswald Bodden. Under sails Sven Krause of Quantum Sails, designer Matthias Bröker of judel / vrolijk & co, product manager Andreas Unger and CEO Dr. Jens Gerhardt tested the equipment of the new Performance Cruiser. Square-top sails, deck fittings and the new footrests caused enthusiasm among the sailors.

Seven years ago the first model of the Dehler 38 series proved to be on the same course. As a new interpretation of the successful performance cruiser, the 38 SQ brings together tradition and innovation in a fascinating way. Optimizations to the hull and rigging offer future sailors even more fun on the water. Below deck an additional hull window provides even more light in the cabins.

For the world premiere at the 43rd Cannes Yachting Festival, the yacht will be refined with a sporty hull foil. Celebrate with us and discover all the innovations and charming details at the stand SAIL 256 in Port Canto from 08-13 September.
